I like to have a full system tune up performed on the heat pump and the AC system in September. The summer time is over and winter season has not started and that is the best time to have both systems checked for troubles. The average cost of a basic tune-up is around $155 in this neighborhood, and I was absolutely surprised to find a coupon in the mail from a brand new Heating and A/C repair business. I didn’t recognize the name on the coupon and there was a logo on the front and a list of services that the supplier provided on the back, so I contacted the Heating and A/C repair business. I made an appointment to use the coupon for my full service tune up. The cost for the appointment was only $99 if I had the coupon in my hand on the day of the service. If I did not have a coupon, the price of the tune up was going to be $149. I was blissful to save $55 on the cost of the tune up, and I’ve been using the same supplier for the past few years. They perform wonderful work and quality repairs, however they have not lowered their prices or provided a sale in a long time. It was nice to get a coupon from a new supplier and I look forward to seeing what additional services they offer.

I worked in the heating and cooling industry for 21 years of my life.

When I finished with the military at age 26 I decided to go to a technical university nearby to learn more about heating and AC repairs and installation work.

The classes were tough and I had an absolutely difficult time passing all of the tests. It had been a while since I had studied and been in university and I didn’t do so well then either, and that’s one of the reasons why I decided to go into the military. My grades were not excruciating and there was no way that I was going to qualify for college, so military was my only option other than laboring in a fast food business. I ran tests on residential, commercial, and Industrial projects and during that time I beat up my body, as it was too difficult on my back and my knees. I am not even 52 years old yet and I already have trouble bending and squatting, and I can no longer work in the repair industry. There are some days when I miss doing the job that I love, however most of the time I’m thankful that I got out when I did. A lot of people continue laboring in the Heating and A/C industry until they absolutely cannot move or walk anymore. My sister started seeing a show about tiny houses and cheap living, so she decided to buy a tiny house, which I thought was a deranged idea.

Not all communities and residential areas will allow a tiny home in the neighborhood, so it’s crucial to check all of the rules and regulations first. When my sister bought the tiny house it needed a lot of work. It was mostly just a shell and my sister had to figure out what to do with the rest. She had a lot of absolutely wonderful ideas, but she needed a business to implement a lot of them. The only thing I could help my sister with was the Heating and A/C system. I knew that the tiny home would require a special Heating and A/C component and I believed that a ductless mini split system would work out best! A ductless mini split system has a single condenser outside and an air handler inside, and there is no need for ductwork or extra space. The ductless mini split system can be placed anywhere inside of the property, however my sister decided to put the Heating and A/C component under the bed by the study room. However, cool air from the air conditioner chills the space where my sister is sleeping and it also works well in the living room too. The air conditioner does not get in the way of the rest of the appliances and my sister has a little bit of room to move around from one place to the next.

We put a propane boiler in our guest home back over the summer. It was something that we had been thinking about doing for quite a while. My friend and I have this little guest home that is mostly just used during the summer. We have a lot of guests out here where we live during the summer, so we have never absolutely had a need for a boiler out there before, then up until the past fall, we have never had anyone want to come plus stay when it’s not the middle of the summer. My friend and I never absolutely thought that we were in need of a boiler out there, but it turns out that we were wrong. My niece plus his friends absolutely wanted to come out plus stay for a week during their fall chop from university, but we did not have a boiler in the guest home at that point plus, so we told his that we couldn’t do it. I truly felt absolutely awful about it because whenever we built the guesthouse, we swore to ourselves that we would never turn people down who wanted to come out to stay plus visit with us. It’s been an absolutely enjoyable thing for our family to have so that we can have people come over to visit. We cherish having people over. Anyway, after we had to turn his plus his friends down for staying in the fall because of the cold temperatures, we decided that we were going to put a propane boiler out there. I’m gleeful to have people use it this winter.
