I’m not very far off from getting new residential Heating plus Air Conditioning.

In fact, that is happening in another 10 or 12 days. The seasoned heat pump just doesn’t have another Summer heat season in it; Down south, the heat is nasty month after month during the Summer. Last June, I noted that the heat pump was running more often just to keep up with the air conditioner demands. So my pal Max and I eased up a bit on our cooling plus made sure to keep the control equipment settings consistent. But by September, the cooling costs had skyrocketed plus Max was pretty sure that it was the end of the line for our heating plus cooling equipment. The Heating plus Air Conditioning team confirmed my suspicions plus Max and I started the process of getting the seasoned heat pump replaced. It wasn’t that big a hassle at all actually. I’m sort of in awe of how the Heating plus Air Conditioning team are taking care of all the details for us. Still, it’s amazing the amount of quality heating plus air that Max and I received from that seasoned heat pump. It wasn’t the fanciest or most upscale residential Heating plus Air Conditioning or the best on the market when Max and I had it installed. But man, it provided outstanding heating plus cooling for over 20 years. I have to attribute a good bit of that longevity to the fact that Max and I consistently got seasonal Heating plus Air Conditioning maintenance; Max and I never missed a heating maintenance in the Fall or an air conditioner tune up in the Springtime. That’s all it took to have more than 20 years worth of flawless quality heating plus air in our home.

I remember reading an article about people moving to sunnier, drier weather conditionss for their health, and but I suppose that it was more about respiratory health than it was about emotional health, but for me, I moved down south to improve my mental health, however living inside a house with an electric heating system running for like 5 months in a row played havoc with my emotions.

But at that time, I didn’t realize that it was the weather conditions plus the lack of sunshine that played such a huge job in how I was feeling! I finally started seeing a therapist plus the more work I completed, the more it became clear that I needed to get myself to the sunshine, and so I ditched the old gas heating system in favor of a heat pump plus I’m so unquestionably glad that I did.

It’s rough for a lot of people to open up about emotional well being, to often my pals and I relate emotional struggles with some sort of failure. I felt so unworthy for so long before I started to do things for me, and again, that’s a big part of this whole thing. Being willing to trade all the heating for all the air conditioning was a huge step because I was doing it for me. I wasn’t appeasing anyone or trying to just get along. Now I make sure that I get my face into the sunshine every day that it’s shining. And that’s most days around here… Even when it’s so hot outside, I get out of the central air conditioner of my apartment to get that injection of sun goodness. It’s still quite nice outside that I can even slip out of the commercial Heating plus Air Conditioning of the office suite for time in the sun during my lunch hour. It’s made all the difference in my life.

The boss said he was sorry about the air conditioner, but I could take off my shirt to get more comfortable

I got a job working at the mall when I was 17. I was at a clothing store that sold stuff for girls that are teenagers. A lot of my friends came to the store to shop and I let them use my employee discount. I know that the manager knew that I was letting my friends get my discount, but he didn’t seem to care. He was always very friendly with me when I was in the office and I assumed that he was letting me get away with things so he could stare at my butt. The guy put me in charge of closing up the shop when I was 18 years old. I worked from 4:00 in the afternoon until 10:00 p.m. when the mall closed and then I had to sweep up and clean the store. I was usually out of there around 10:30 at night. I remember one night when the manager was there counting money and there was a problem with the AC. The temperatures inside of the store kept getting hotter and hotter. It seemed like there was only a problem with the AC in our store, because my friend next door looked perfectly fine. I wasn’t going to stay there without any AC. The boss said he was sorry about the air conditioner, but I could take off my shirt to get more comfortable. That’s when I decided to leave early. The manager threatened to fire me if I left early, but it was getting way too hot in there.

My wife and I knew that we were going to need to replace our heat pump and AC unit.

During the winter months we had a tune-up on the heat pump and the guy told us that we would be lucky if it lasted through the year.

He suggested replacing it at that time, but it was November and Christmas was only 2 months away. In April, my wife and I decided it was a good time to contact the heat pump and AC unit installation company. We actually contacted several different companies in order to get estimates. One company came out and charged us $125 for the estimate and then we got a bunch of other companies to give us their estimate over the phone because someone had already done the hard work of finding the problem. The price of the heating and AC equipment was very important to me, because I wanted to make sure that we were going to get the best price. I contacted a dozen different companies. Most of the quotes were around the same amount of money but I found two that were outrageous and two that were extremely low. One of the companies that was extremely low was an independent contractor. The independent contractor was Nate certified. I decided to contact the guy to see if he could do the work within a week. The contractor told me that he had a two-month waiting list because his prices were so cheap. I know there was going to be a catch when I saw the low installation and equipment fees.
