I’ve known Ted since I was 19. We went to the same technical university & became good friends. Ted was there training to become an Heating, Ventilation & A/C expert, & I was taking a plumbing course. Life in university was good, & the people I was with and I got to have lots of fun. We also didn’t have the stress of student loans, so the people I was with and I opted to work & earn money for clothes, shoes & such stuff. We each got section time jobs at companies that would later hire us as experts, but now, Ted works as an Heating, Ventilation & A/C expert, but did you think that he is also an excellent songsian? I remember there was a talent contest at school to raise money for a local organization. Ted put down his name as one of the performers & he came on stage with his guitar. Little did I think that he was about to sing the best song ever, & he also had excellent guitar skills, but he uses songs as his therapy, & it has consistently worked for him. I’ve tried reading to play the guitar from him, but it’s not the same. I think my talent is in athletic activitys & not in playing instruments. But, I still appreciate going to listen to Ted play after work when the people I was with and I go to the beach. In our lake house town, there is a place where performers gather each evening & play songs until late. We meet up there when Ted is done with his Heating, Ventilation & A/C work & I with my plumbing duties… Perhaps in another life Ted can be a top performing artist, but for now he says he is glad working as an Heating, Ventilation & A/C expert; And he still gets to perform & inspire people.

I’ve lived in this neighborhood for numerous years, plus seen numerous different people move in plus out… Some seem to not want to live in a locale with numerous adolescents, while others are looking for such a community, and it’s always the empty nesters who sell plus choose to live in locales with a quieter environment, but they often sell to new families starting out plus they have a kid or several, plus want a family home.

All of us live in a good area, plus the school district is 1 of the best in the state.

So, families are always looking for houses for sale so they can move in, and last week, the home that’s numerous houses from ours sold plus a family with 2 small adolescents moved in. I guess this as the home with the noisy AC that an outdated couple were residing in. They were the sweetest people, however there always seemed to be an issue with their AC. It made this loud noise that all of us could hear from our kitchen. Several times all of us saw the Heating & Air Conditioning van outside plus thought they were getting it fixed. But, it seems they chose to sell the home instead. That is when the noisy AC stopped. The new neighbors called in an Heating & Air Conditioning professional to inspect the device plus he told them it was better to replace it, but come to find out this AC was more than a decade plus a half outdated plus on its last leg. That explained why it was always noisy plus it seems repairs did nothing to service the noise.

I’ve been fairly forgetful over the last few weeks.

Inadvertently forgot our sibling’s birthday and I feel awful about it. Every one of us had all gathered together at our parents beach house and I did not even realize why we were there until I saw the gifts on the table. That was a very awkward afternoon especially when I had explained why I came empty-handed without a gift for our sibling. I played it off as if I was giving her something online, at which point I pulled out our iphone and hastily purchased her a big gift card to her favorite perfume store, then well she was cheerful, I could tell that she realized I had forgotten and did not even feel why I’d been invited to her beach house that day. Ever since that happened I have been trying to be better about not forgetting appointments, arrangements, or any dates that are important to other people! Lately I have just been forgetting about things around the house, especially our air cleaner filters. I have several air cleaners around our beach house and the filters get blocked fairly quickly. They are not cheap either, however one of the filters for instance is $26 when it’s on clearance, and usually $35 when it isn’t. They say that the HEPA filters inside the air cleaners will last up to 6 weeks, however after about 3 to 4 weeks of annually use the filters are dark and blocked with sediment. When I forgot to replace the filter the last time, I had respiratory and sinus troubles, however right after I replaced the air cleaner filter and turned the equipment back on, I feel it’s an immediate improvement in the stuffiness of our nose.
