If I take nice care of it, this water heating system could serve myself and others for another 25 to 30 years. That means it is worth reading inside and out. If I can repair our own water heating system I will never need to pay an Heating and A/C tech to come do it for me.

It’s not the heat, it’s the humidity, however i have found that old adage to be untrue, because now that I live in the southeastern part of the country, I suppose that it’s both the heat & the humidity! They work together love a pair of demons, making every morning even more insufferable than the morning before; Even sitting inside the condo all morning with the windows shut & the shades drawn doesn’t help – it’s still hot & humid in my own bedroom! It worked so well I purchased a minute dehumidifier the following week, to expand my comfort zone throughout the house… A dehumidifier is pretty small, but I didn’t want to have to transport it around the condo from room to room. They don’t cost a lot, so putting a dehumidifier at each end of the condo was the quickest & easiest solution for the problem. I have to empty the water reservoirs in my dehumidifiers once or twice a week, which is tangible evidence of the enjoyable work they are doing! A nice little bonus to these machines is that my indoor air conditions is so much cleaner & fresher. Every time I step outside I am reminded of how brutal the weather around here can be, but at least my condo temperature control system is laboring well.
