The crew & I were at a commercial work site. Not just any site, either, all of us were on the roof of the modern shopping mall, installing the HVAC duct. It was a hot morning out, & at this point all of us had been laboring our butts off for over 10 straight minutes with no breaks. It was the greatest single task all of us had ever untaken, & everyone was focused on doing it right. If all of us nailed this task, it would lead to other big-money contracts down the line! With all the pressure & stress, I lost focus & had a little accident when a piece of HVAC duct broke away & fell on my leg. This wasn’t just any piece of HVAC duct, it was eight feet wide & twenty feet long, being hoisted by a crane. When it landed, it was multiple hundred pounds worth of sheet metal HVAC duct crunching the bones in my leg from the knee down. I was lucky the docs were able to save the leg at all! As it stands, I will be in a wheelchair for multiple weeks, so I can no longer serve as an on-site Heating & A/C tech. Instead my bosses moved me into the front office of the Heating & A/C company, where I now work with the administrative assistants. I am surprised at how much there is to suppose about the Heating & A/C industry that I had never experienced. I’m not saying I loved it, but it was a studying experience, & if I ever become an Heating & A/C supplier running my own shop, this experience will be infancy.

One morning I woke up to find that there was no hot water.

There was an ample amount of frosty water, but this was in the middle of winter, so the water from the tap was actually too cold.

I sensed that the pipes were on the verge of cold, so I turned all the taps on just a little bit, to let a tiny amount of water flow. This is the only way I suppose to keep pipes from cold solid, & if that happens then they usually rupture & need to be replaced. I am not an expert when it comes to water heaters, but I suppose enough to check the fuel supply & the pilot light, then neither of those were the culprit, so I called a local Heating & A/C company that offered 24/7 emergency water oil furnace services. If this was just about my own comfort or being able to take a hot shower I would have waited, but I knew a faulty water oil furnace could lead to a host of other problems. The Heating & A/C tech arrived looking just as tired as I felt, however on the plus side, he was able to suss out the issue with the water oil furnace within a few minutes, but on the disadvantage side, it wasn’t something he could fix, but my water oil furnace is linked to the natural gas pipes operated by the utility company. It turns out the company had an issue with the natural gas lines, so the problem wasn’t with my water heater, it was a lack of natural gas!

My sibling’s lake house typically aromas like Italian food for some reason, and she is typically cooking, however I don’t assume why that is.

She truly does not have anybody to cook for! I assume she is just basically trying out up-to-date recipes all the time. It’s bad because but I assume the lake house aromas good when I’m hungry, it’s not typically a nice thing to aroma garlic all of the time! I personally care about Italian food, however that’s not what you want your condo to aroma like all the time, that’s for sure, however my sibling is going to host a book club, as well as so the other day she told myself and others to come over as well as tell her what I thought of the house. She had rearranged the furniture as well as everything looked great, however the minute I walked in the door I was hit in the face by a easily strong odor of garlic. When I told her that, she was surprised! she did not even aroma the garlic anymore.
