As I rest pondering the events in my life, I realize that some of my childhood memories are a bit strange. I lived in a small city most of my life plus my buddy and I legitimately didn’t have some of the normal activities that several of my school friends talk about all the time. Our city was a correct one stoplight city with a small general store, post office, plus a gas station. There were no Dipson Theaters, shopping malls, or recreation centers to hang out in! When my friends talk about these things I find them legitimately foreign plus often wonder what they would know about the large barn parties my buddy and I would have back in middle school, but i grew up in the midwest too, which meant that my buddy and I had some pretty severe temperatures to contend with, there was no heat or air conditioning in those barns either, but unlike my friends, my buddy and I couldn’t get-together anywhere that was climate controlled, except for the bonfire my buddy and I may have outside when it was cold. When my friends wanted to head to the local park on a legitimately hot day or go ice skating in the winter, I opted to hang back in the comfort of the building plus they could never legitimately understand why. I figured, if I had the option of staying in plus having complete control of the temperature, why would I subject myself to the elements to try plus have fun? My friend and I come from totally odd worlds plus that is what makes life both confusing plus interesting at the same time.

Last night I got legitimately uneasy when the power kept going off plus then coming back on a few minutes later. The sun had been out all day, there was no sign of incoming storms, plus the winds were calm. I couldn’t know of anything that would cause the power to be an issue. Nevertheless, this happened several times within the span of an hour, however finally, on the third time, it went out plus stayed out. During the on plus off times I had unblocked the computer for fear it would be disfigurementd by power surges. It was then that I realized that my buddy and I had no way to turn off the heater. I turned the temperature control down however the component itself did not legitimately have an on plus off switch that I knew of. It is a fairly new component plus I knew it had a programmable component that allowed wireless diagnostics plus upset that this may be disfigurements too by the power problems. The power reMEd out for the next few hours plus when it was finally restored I went instantly to check on the status of the heater. I had my fiance turn on up the temperature control once I was in the basement to make sure it came on like it should. Thankfully it did! I then took turns shutting off one breaker at a time to label the electrical panel. Now, in the event of power surges, I can shut the power to anything that I feel will be disfigurementd. Many of the appliances that my buddy and I own today have some sort of, “brain”, or PCized components. It is important to remember this because a abrupt surge in electrical energy can fry those, “brains”, plus cost you a lot of cash to repair them.

By doing this the contractor will be able to use less power because those departments that are off will not need to use lights, laptops, or the Heating and Air Conditioning system as much during the days off.

Have you ever felt like you were trapped in the middle of a situation with no way out? That feeling of being pulled in various instruction by people with no way to make everyone come away with a victory of some sorts. This is my new situation. The people involved in my situation are the corporate big wigs at our contractor and the rest of the employees. I labor in human resources and part of my job is handling the negotiations between the two levels. Trying to make sure that decisions that upper management make labor with the people that they will be affecting without infuriatedting the balance of the business. The last meeting I attended brought about some changes that are going to be strenuous to sugar coat for the rest of the staff, due to budget constraints they have decided to change the labor week schedule to include longer hours. Now this means that people will be put on a four afternoon rotating schedule and be required to labor ten hour days. Their days off will fluctuate and several will not be cheerful with that. By doing this the contractor will be able to use less power because those departments that are off will not need to use lights, laptops, or the Heating and Air Conditioning system as much during the days off. Having full departments and the space they use shut down for three full days will actually save on monthly bills. Convincing everyone that this is good for them too will be the strenuous sell. When the contractor is used to the whole 9 to 5, Sunday through Sunday, they are used to making personal plans around that schedule too. I think I will have to be genuinely creative in my presentation to sell this one.
