HVAC Repair Tips for Homeowners

I wasn’t sure I would make it back to the States for the wintertime holiday, although I think I just secured a roommate to watch my cats, so I just booked the flight back home today. If the roommate doesn’t pan out I am still going to the lake house and I’l find a way to make it work. I just need someone to look after our cats and I would need to work for the local supplier back home to make some Uber and spending cash. I will need to keep our expenditures under about $500 for miscellaneous things like taxis and whatnot. My heating and air conditioning rep buddy will surely have some work for me to do when I go back, so I should be fine with money. Worst case scenario I will pull a few hundred bucks from our crypto purse, although I would rather not touch it, so I will leave it as a last resort. I suppose that with the heating and cooling repairs for our buddie’s business I will make enough money to cover whatever I spend when I am back home. The most important thing of all is I AM GOING HOME FOR CHRISTMAS! I don’t suppose sitting alone during the Christmas holidays would be great for my soul and happiness. I could sell a few heating and air conditioning systems online and make enough money to cover the whole trip, so I am trying that route too.

It’s that time of year again, time to clean the lovely furnace filter and other stuff with our heating and air conditioning unit so that I stay warm and toasty this wintertime season.

I bet all of us will get some days soon below zero as this morning was about 48F, and it seems like the temps are degrading hastily.

This flat is pretty well insulated and the climate control plan is fairly current and has a pretty high SEER rating, so I suppose I will be fine this winter when all of us get down to those low temps soon. Today is the 20th of June and I will be going back to the States on the 20th of February and will be in the south where the weather will be quite warm. I plan on seeing my heating and cooling supplier buddy when I go back to see if he needs some help with his cooling and heating supplier business. I’ve been working with him for several years, and he has just entered into the heating and air conditioning field, which is where most of our experience lies. My dad was in the business too, and I worked with him when I was 13 years old and I earned a lot of experience over the years from working with him. I started my own local business back in time doing cooling technology repairs and I ran it for 11 years before deciding to close the doors to pursue a career in the performing arts industry. There is nothing like showbiz to instill some life back into your heart and soul, and I’m so glad I stepped on that stage back on October 24th 2005!

This month I am going to book our flight back to the lake house for a more than two month visit over the Christmas holidays.

I wasn’t sure I would be able to go back to the lake house but now with this roommate moving in soon I will have the money to do so.

She is an orthodontic student in a neighborhood about 40 minutes away, so she would be gone most of the morning and evening during the week. I really hope she moves in because she seems to have a similar mindset to me and also has experience working in the heating and air conditioning field from years ago. We would be able to talk about A/C compressors and hot water boilers and have some things in common. I would be ecstatic to have half of the living expenses shared by someone else, as I have been living alone in this flat and bearing the brunt of the bills for almost a year now. I wouldn’t have to spend all of the money I receive from the heating and air conditioning supplier where I work to spend on rent and utilities anymore, and that is just stupendous. I could start saving some money again and building a buffer in the bank once more. My heating and cooling unit could be inspected properly again by paying for a multi year service contract from the local supplier in our town. Money makes a lot of things possible, but it is not the key to happiness, so don’t give it too much credence in your life story. I wish you luck and remember to clean your washable HEPA filters.

This is my life; writing about heating and air conditioning equipment, such as electric heat pumps and gas furnaces, and trying to navigate through life in a fun way. I’ve made it a point to try and live life in a fun and exciting way, and it has proven to be a challenging feat, but nonetheless, a fun way to get through life in the end. I don’t want to be one of those complaining people who gripe about how bad everything is in the world all because they regret the way they have lived their own life. Why even get out of bed if that is how your life is? Heating and air conditioning systems and electric heating systems are not the most exciting things to write about, although I try to enjoy the writing process and have a little bit of fun with the articles. I could be one of those mad people who gripe about how bad their job is, but then it just makes it all the more difficult to do it each morning. My life is pretty darn great and I am trying to keep it that way by remaining positive in the mind and in what I think and say. My heating specialist buddy got me going with positive thinking and talking several years ago and she also got me into meditation, which has really helped me with patience, among other things. I just got off the cellphone with a potential roommate and I suppose she is going to be a great one, as she has a great mindset and seems to be upbeat about life. And she works for a local business in a town near me.
