Hoping to decrease leg cramps

I workout for around an hour each day.

The majority of our time is devoted to high intensity stuff.

I really prefer jumping rope and tend to jump 20 to 30 minutes a day. I use an app on our phone for guided workouts and some of the jumping sessions last the full hour. I also like to go for at least 2 mile runs. I do a lot of lunges, squats, burpees, mountain climbers and jumping jacks. Nearly every genre of exercise involves our legs. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve started having some concerns with our legs, but while our calves ache throughout the afternoon, the pain gets much worse at night. As soon as I go to bed, our muscles begin to cramp. I’ve researched to figure out how to alleviate the pain. While rest is constantly recommended, I am unwilling to quit working out. I have made an effort to take days off from targeting our legs. I devote unique workouts to weight lifting, abdominal crunches and the rowing machine. I’ve also gotten better about our moderate up. I spend a lot more time loosening up our muscles and stretching our joints. I focus on stretching our legs. I also spend more time on the cool down at the end of the workout. I take turmeric and magnesium to help with the inflammation and drink a lot more water. I apply pain relieving creams to our legs three to four times per afternoon. I’ve found that heating pads are the most beneficial. At night, I wrap our calves in heating pads and this helps to lessen the pain.

The app works wonders

Running is 1 of our number one kinds of workouts, I like the possibility to clear our mind and settle into the repetitive motion.

I respectfully use running for exercise two or three times per week, then although I switch up the route I take, the workout can get a bit monotonous.

I found that I was getting slightly lazy. I wasn’t running as far or as long. I needed some way to get motivated to push myself. I mentioned our concerns to our sibling, who then recommended a free running app. After downloading the app onto our phone, I was prompted to supply information about myself. I supplied our age, weight, height and gender… Now, I use the app every time I run. I can still listen to my music. The app simply cuts in at regular intervals to supply the distance I’ve covered and our pace. It lets me know if I’m on track to beat our personal best, then hearing this stuff encourages me to run faster and longer. I like that the app keeps track of how often I run, the distance I cover and our pace. It calculates calories burned and has l gained the routes that I favor. It’s a really great fitness tool… Because of the running app, I am getting more benefits from our efforts. Downloading the free running app has inspired me to search for more opportunities. I found a jump rope app that I really like and am checking out apps for weight lifting and biking. There are all sorts of opportunities to take our workouts to the next degree.

I had never had my brows threaded.

My sister took me to a salon for my birthday.

She said I was going to get the works, but I didn’t know what the works were.

I found out I was going to have my eyebrows done. She had a full-body wax planned, a facial, Mani-Pedi, and anything else we could come up with. When we got there, she signed in and told them we were there for the works, and gave them her name. The woman smiled and welcomed us, then took us back to a changing room. She gave us warmed robes and handed us a glass of champagne to sip while waiting. I looked at my sister and asked what the robes were for. She told me to strip and put it on. We had special slippers for our feet. I felt very uncomfortable sitting in the salon with nothing but a robe to keep me covered. I had never had waxing done, and I was nervous thinking about a full-body wax. I could only imagine all the pain that was going to go with it. My sister guaranteed me it would be worth the pain to see how much difference the waxing was going to make. The anesthetist gave me the choice of a sugar wax or a regular hot wax treatment. She told me my eyebrows could be done with a simple method called threading. The anesthetist put me at ease with my waxing, but I still didn’t like being naked in front of a complete stranger. I tried to tell my sister I wasn’t comfortable being completely naked with my husband, but she just laughed.

The wooden rocker was beautiful to look at.

When I was told my aunt had passed away, I was sad.

I didn’t know my aunt well, but what I knew of her was that she was very nice and was always smiling. Although I was younger when I last saw her, I remembered how she laughed with me, and taught me how to do somersaults. I was shocked when mom told me she had left something to me in her will. I couldn’t understand why she would leave me something. When I got to her house three days later, I saw the rocking chair. I remembered sitting in that rocker and singing with Aunt May. She would tell me wonderful stories, and I would rock until I fell asleep. I wondered what they were going to do with the rocker, and I soon found out. The wooden rocker was beautiful, and all I could do was look at it. Memories flooded back and I not only remembered rocking for hours, but running my fingers over the flowers that were engraved in the wood. Aunt May told me her grandfather made the wooden rocker, and she had it in her house for decades. I told her that someday I would like to have a rocker so I could share her stories with my children and grandchildren. She must have remembered me saying that, because I was now the proud owner of the wooden rocking chair. Every time I looked at the wooden rocking chair, I had to smile. There was a lot of love in the old wooden rocker, and it was beautiful to look at. I sent a prayer of thanks to the universe, hoping Aunt May would hear me.
