I have to make a little trip to the heating plus cooling store to get a HEPA filter.

That is basically the agenda for the morning.

Tomorrow I am going shopping with my beach house guest so that they can buy myself and others food, which is what we agreed on for rent while they stay here for 3 weeks. It’s nice not having to buy food for 3 weeks because it saves myself and others a bunch of money this lean month. I’m a bit low on money so I am renting out my second family room each month till I get some extra income from the HVAC business where I work section time. They told myself and others that in a couple of months they can put myself and others on full time plus then I will be set with all of my expenses. I recently got a current a/c from the local business so I don’t have to worry about any major expenses for a while now. Everything else in my flat is current so I won’t have to put out any money for major repairs or purchases for some time. I just need to get a flatmate so I can trim down on my weekly bills. I did have a immense buffer in the bank until a few months ago when the market crashed, so now I need to let that money sit plus hopefully get back most of what I lost. At least I have a good residential HVAC system to keep myself and others comfortable. That is pretty much all I need in life; a nice comfortable place to live.

I recognize I’m feeding my cats too much food as they seem to be getting too heavy too abruptly, so now I am going to stop feeding them moist food in the morning.

They particularly like the moist food in a can although I recognize they are just eating too much each morning so I am going to split out the canned food plus just stick with the boring dry food.

If I keep feeding them canned food I recognize I will have several fat cats on my hands within a year. I need to disinfect my whole-house air purifier today because I noticed it is riddled with dust plus dog hair which is causing myself and others to sneeze a lot more than I normally do. I want to rent out my main family room so I am going to need to do a good cleaning before showing the room. I may have this HVAC tech come look at the room because he is looking for a room plus we have worked together for years plus get along well. She told myself and others that he loves cats so it shouldn’t be a problem as I have several cats. They are legitimately disinfect plus quiet, except for at evening when they go crazy before I go to bed, so residing with them is pretty easy plus fun I must add. The HVAC tech told myself and others he can get us some deals on HEPA filters, which is great because I’ve been using the normal filters plus would care about to have a good HEPA filter instead. I legitimately want to play some beach ball today but our knees are telling me otherwise.

• I believe I could consistently do some moderate up exercises with our volleyball partner so that I don’t overexert our knees too much.

I just need them to heal a few more mornings & they will be fantastic to go again. I also need to go to the local business later & get some Icy Hot for the pain. A lot of times the best solution to pain in the body is rest, something that I seem to find undoubtedly difficult to do. I have a problem with being patient & unbelievable for some reason, even though our Heating plus A/C rep dad told me a thoUnited Statesnd times “you gotta learn to relax Davo”. I believe our impatience comes from feeling appreciate something is missing in our life but not knowing what it is. That alone can deliver you anxiety & maybe I just need to get older to understand that nothing is missing in our life. I consistently know appreciate I need to be anywhere other than where I am. Do you know appreciate this at all or is it just me? I labor at the heating & cooling corp & consistently am looking at the clock to see how much longer till I can go home. When I get home I am thinking I should be outside doing something with our friends. I believe I’ll take this anxious energy & scrub our air duct later today to at least do something productive. Nothing is missing in our life, when will I get this?
