I recently left my job for the day early. Actually everyone that worked in my office did. The reason for it was because their central heating and air conditioning system had broke down and we are all right now in the middle of a huge heatwave. There was no way any of us could remain in the building with no air conditioning. The air conditioning was a must to be able to not only have indoor comfort, but to even survive! As soon as the central heating and air conditioning system had gone out they called the local heat and a/c company to try to send out a certified heating and air conditioning specialist. However none were available until the next day no matter how much money they offered them. So that was when they sent us all home before the building got dangerously hot. Everyone including management was cleared out of there in time. Then the very next day the heating and air conditioning company was out to fix the central heating and air conditioning system at the crack of dawn. It was repaired and fully working once again before it was time for us to come into work. Then when we got there the air conditioning was working great and normal as if nothing had ever happened. And I did not mention that the office gave us full pay for the day from sending us home several hours early than we were supposed to be. Which was a great thought and gesture. Not everywhere would do that.

I had all the tell tale signs popping up that my central heating and air conditioning system was on its way out pop up lately.

First off there was a lot of noise happening when my central heating and air conditioning system would turn on.

I would hear this big thump and loud humming. That was sign one. Also the next thing that was going on was that there was an issue with thermostat communicating with the heating and air conditioning system itself. Everytime I would go to turn on the central heating and air conditioning system or turn it off it would take a few mins or more for it to actually turn on or off. That was a sign that the condenser was on its way out along with the actual heating and cooling system itself. Because of this, I knew it was time to start shopping for a brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system unit. They had some on sale at my local heating and cooling dealership, which was sheer luck and good timing. I ended up finding a great and very powerful central heating and air conditioning system for 30 percent off the regular price. And the other good part about it was this brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system was available to be put on a heating and cooling payment plan with the local heat and a/c dealership. This would make it so I could pay it off over the next 3 to 4 years with a certain amount of month that would work out!

I made the major mistake of leaving out some meat to defrost for dinner underneath an air vent of my central heating and air conditioning system when the central heating was running! In short, I ended up ruining my dinner and made the meat go bad.

It had been sitting under the air vent of my central heating and air conditioning system while the heating was blasting all day as I was away at work.

When I came home finding the meat had gone bad I was pretty upset with myself. I should have known better than to leave it under the air vent of my central heating and air conditioning system while the heating was blasting. If it had been the summer time of the year and the central air conditioning was running this would not have been an issue. But because it was the central heating it made it defrost and then almost start cooking itself. It was a big mistake on my part. It is for sure something I will never do again and I will be more careful. As a result of this I had to end up calling out for dinner that night. I remember I had just called out for a nice steak dinner from an upscale place we have here in town. It was a lot of money to spend on 1 person for a meal, but it made me feel better about the mistake I made with the frozen meat and the air vent of my central heating and air conditioning system unit! Like I said, something I will know to never ever do again!

I just heard about a different kind of central heating and air conditioning system that I feel would be beneficial to me.

It is called a zoned heating and air conditioning system, which is also known as HVAC zone control.

What it does is make it so that you can have different temperatures in each room in your home with a different thermostat in each room to make this possible. It is sort of like having different heating and air conditioning systems throughout the house. Really great modern heating and air conditioning technology. The only issue with all of this is that a zoned heating and air conditioning system is very expensive and I do not have that kind of money to throw down at the moment. If I could find some kind of heating and air conditioning payment plan I would go ahead and get one of these zoned heating and air conditioning systems. I will keep on looking and checking different heating and cooling dealerships because I really want to get one of these zoned heating and air conditioning systems for my home if it is financially possible for me. It would be the answer to a lot of issues that I have been having with temperature control inside my home. But until then I can just dream and wish I had myself a really great, brand new and up to date zoned heating and air conditioning system in my happy house! I hope to be able to find an HVAC payment plan soon for one of these things!
