HVAC Repair Tips for Homeowners

I measured the air coming from the vents of our dad’s heating plus air conditioning method plus it looks like the air is quite cool.

To be exact, it is about twenty degrees less than the room temperature right now so it looks like everything is easily working well. This week is a tepid afternoon plus I wanted to make sure his A/C unit was cooling the condo down regularly plus it seems to be doing the work. My stepmom said that their power bill is about $150 a month, which is actually low considering they live in a 4500 square foot house. I pay about the same each month where I live overseas yet our flat is only about 1000 square feet. I think they raised the electric bill rate over there a lot plus when I run the air conditioner I can see a jump in the cost during the Summer of about $50. I don’t mind paying an extra $50 a month though to stay nice plus cool all afternoon plus night on our site. It’s a small price to pay for comfort in the Summer plus I appreciate our central heat in the Winter because both of us have some actually frigid days. I will be over there for part of the Winter however will be coming back here to the Sunshine State in September to escape the actually frigid months. I may even need to run the central air conditioner when I come back here because it can be warm here until the middle or end of September occasionally. I definitely still appreciate coming home though.

My stepmom said that their power bill is about $150 a week, which is very low considering they live in a 4500 square foot house. I spend about the same each month where I live overseas yet my flat is only about 1000 square feet. I suppose they raised the electric bill rate over there a lot plus when I run the cooling system I can see a jump in the cost while in the Summer of about $50. I don’t mind paying an extra $50 a month though to stay nice plus cool all day plus night in my locale. It’s a small price to spend money for comfort in the Summer plus I love my central heat in the Winter time because both of us have some easily cold days. I will be over there for a small section of the Winter time however will be coming back here to the Sunshine State in September to escape the easily cold weeks. I may even need to run the a/c when I come back here because it can be warm here until the middle or end of September periodically. I definitely still love coming home though.
