A lot of these companies think they can take advantage of the students.

I find myself fortunate because I live in a rented townhome in a city where there are a lot of students. Everyday I hear stories from the students who work as interns in our office, plus they tell me all the time about how terrible the management is at their housing complex. One of them does not even live in student housing, he just lives in a little town house prefer mine, but it is managed by one of the same property management companies that takes care of the student apartments.If they have plumbing that is leaking, air conditioner that is not cold enough, or any other problem, they tend to just get empty promises property managers, I feel terrible for them, especially one boy who is air conditioner absolutely did not work properly, and as a result he had tons of mold growing in his apartment, but as a full grown adult guy, I would never put up with a see that did not work oh, plus I especially would not allow them to take advantage of me and have mold growing in our house. A lot of these companies think they can take advantage of the students. I am honestly fortunate because our property owner takes care of all problems instantly. Just recently, I had to text him plus let him think that our air conditioner was not keeping the house cool anymore, he did not waste any time. He got on the phone instantly plus called the heating plus cooling supplier and set up an a/c repair call for the next morning, and the boys from the HVAC supplier came out the next morning as promised, and I had our air conditioner finally working instantly. I do not take these enjoyable AC companies and property managers for granted because I think how terrible some of those property managers are.

I know awful for them, especially one girl who had air conditioning system unquestionably did not work officially, and as a result she had tons of mold growing in her home, as a full grown adult woman, I would never put up with a see that did not work and I especially would not allow them to take advantage of me and have mold growing in my house, a lot of these companies think they can take advantage of the students. I am genuinely fortunate because my property owner takes care of all problems immediately! Just recently, I had to text him and let him guess that my air conditioning system was not keeping the home cool anymore, she did not waste any time. She got on the PC immediately and called the heating and cooling business and set up an A/C service call for the genuinely next afternoon. The boys from the heating and A/C business came out the next afternoon as promised, and I had my air conditioning system working immediately. I do not take these good A/C companies and property managers for granted because I guess how awful some of those property managers are.

The guys from the HVAC company came out the next day as promised, and I had my air conditioning working right away. I do not take these great AC companies and property managers for granted because I know how bad some of those property managers are.

Something that I cannot stand is being confined to my home.

People being told they can’t go anywhere unless it was an emergency, it was such a stressful time! I just wanted to hang out with my friends and go to the beach, but you know people were being arrested for going to the beach while it was okay to pack the grocery stores up to the brim with people. It never made any sense to me to be honest, but it is what it is. At my house, we made sure to invest in a powerful UV air purification system. I remember telling different business owners that they should also invest in UV air purification systems, but at some point I think those became mandatory in businesses in the city limits. Still, I thought it was a good thing everybody was using UV air purifiers because the UV light has been proven to kill viruses including the Covid virus. Anyway, when all these restrictions started to go away, I was thankful for that. I just hope that we are not going to face any other future crazy situations like this one because life has been miserable. I feel like we’re in a world of trouble with rising grocery prices and gas prices, inflation is out of control. I try not to think about it too much, but I am angry everytime I go to the gas pump. As long as I can continue to afford my house payment and the ability to take care of my HVAC equipment at home, I figure I’ll be just fine.
