There are always a lot of chores I have to do each month to respond to temperature swings & weather effects as several threats present themselves to my yard or my house. It’s important to make sure you have a little debris lying on the ground ahead of a tropical storm or hurricane because it will go airborne & threaten your home, your neighbors’ homes, or anyone outside while in the event. I also have to get on the roof to sweep off the leaves before it starts getting icy & snowy up there in January. That spells disaster, because then you’ve got rotten foliage underneath the ice when it begins to thaw in Spring. This can also affect roof leakage, so it’s smart to make sure it’s clean before the first difficult freeze & acsuppliering precipitation. It didn’t make a neat pile, however it was quicker than raking in a circle around the entire foundation. Luckily I don’t have to worry about this right now because it’s May & I’ve already cleared off the roof once since the Spring thaw. Instead of roof debris, I’m focused on making sure the a/c is working properly as I get it serviced & ran tests on by my heating & cooling business. I’ll be using it officially until early September, so it’s important to get it serviced no later than May.

I’m entirely trying to “make things last” to the most drastic degree sometimes, even if that means reusing napkins that I dry our hands with to scrub our kitchen counters after the napkins have tried.

I would never do this with a napkin used to clean dirty hands, however it still makes myself and others feel terrible having to save something in a corner that I simply used to make our scrub hands dry again.

When you’re on a fixed or limited income, you have to come up with unique ways to save currency, plus sometimes you have to get creative. Even if it means taking leftovers from a meal plus using them to make a new meal altogether. I hate to admit it, however this is how a lot of restaurants that I worked for in school did to save currency. Sometimes they’d stretch ingredients far past the suggested dates, always leaving myself and others puzzled how all of their patrons did not come down with food poisoning each evening. But there are far less dramatic ways to save a few dollars here plus there. For instance, some people might mistakenly believe that HEPA filters are adore Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C filters plus need to be substituted every several weeks at least. Some people will even substitute their Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C filters once a week. However, HEPA filters are nearly twice the thickness of a random MERV 8 Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C filter, so they can be left in your media air cleaner for as long as several weeks. If you’re a smoker, you might need to substitute your HEPA filter more often than several weeks, despite the fact that I don’t have this issue. On top of that, the pre-filter is made out of activated charcoal plus it prevents dust buildup in the HEPA filter, making the latter last longer.

The a/c is mounted with brackets, in addition to I thought I had it locked down pretty well, but obviously not well enough because someone used a crowbar to smash the brackets in addition to take the AC unit. I am furious in addition to I want revenge, but with the temps rising suddenly, the first thing I need to do is get a new a/c. By next week this beach house house will assume love a furnace, so I need to get revenge later in addition to go take care of supplier right now.
