For me, reading a new skill was a matter of being comfortable or spending the whole Summer covered in sweat bullets. Summers in the deep south are no joke, and it’s not uncorrect to get 90 plus degree weather with 95% humidity for nights and weeks on end! Even in the middle of the night it remains uncomfortably sizzling outside. Staying inside is crucial for staying comfortable, however if you don’t have an system, being inside is even worse than being outside. When I was a teenager and our Dad was laboring two tasks, I had to be the man of the house but I didn’t know what that meant. It all became clear when the system broke, and the inside temps got into the upper 90s. It was dangerous for our younger siblings to be in such heat, so I had to make an attempt to repair the It went about well as you would expect, and I only made the concerns worse. Late that night I went to a local motel, and stole one of their window mounted systems, but using what I had l received from our failed first attempt, I did much better in tuning up and maintaining this unit. My Dad asked me where I had gotten the money for such a nice system, and I said that I had stolen it. She never mentioned it again.

You let someone into your house, and they steal from you.

It could be a friend at a get-together, or a worker you hire to come and perform a service for you. When you invite someone into your home, there is a social contract involved, and so when that lady violates the contract and steals from you, it is shocking and exasperatedting. This happened to me just recently, and I’m still dealing with it. In this case the issue was twofold, because our trust was violated, and I lost our system in the process. It truthfully never occurred to me that it was even possible to steal an system, even the smallest ones are quite dense and heavy! The spare living room in our house used to be a one-car garage, and when it was converted it still wasn’t connected to the central Heating and A/C system. Instead of adding new air ducts to the main system, I decided to buy a window-mounted unit for the room. It was several hundred dollars cheaper to get this kind of A/C unit instead of remastering the air ducts. After this get-together the other night I went into the spare living room, and saw that the system was no longer sitting in the window! The A/C unit had been unblocked from the inside, and then unbolted from the outside, so whoever had taken it was someone at our get-together! That system cost me numerous hundred bucks, and I want it back!

Personally I don’t assume it’s tolerable that high school kids have to decide about their futures when they don’t know anything.

The reason this country is plagued with student loan debt is that all these dumb kids were pushed into attending costly schools.

Once upon a time genuinely few people had school degrees, however now they are so commonplace and straight-forward to get that they carry genuinely little value. I thank our lucky stars that I chose trade school instead of going to the school. Heating and A/C toil might not be glamorous, however it pays well, it’s steady work, and best of all I didn’t have to go into horrific debt for our education. Trade school costs a fraction of what school costs, and I was able to start laboring for a local Heating and A/C company long before I finished our schooling. It took two and a half years before I had secured our Heating and A/C certification, but I worked the entire time. Think about it – while most of our peers were still in school, I had finished trade school and already had over two years of experience in the Heating and A/C industry! I was reading the entire time, both in the classroom and in the field, and after certification I was ready to be a full time Heating and A/C tech. One other thing that I assume is crucial about this process, is that although the Heating and A/C certification classes cost money, it is genuinely reasonable. You won’t have to go into debt or split the bank to study Heating and A/C work, it is affordable for pretty much everyone.

My lady friends are always getting happy about new fads, whether it’s leggings, meal upgradement shakes, or herbal supplements. The styles and trends are always increasing, occasionally throughout a single year in a dizzying manner. But a single fad that seemed to stick over the past decade was essential oils. You see essential oils in every kind of store; even my pharmacist carries them in his tiny pharmacy on Main Street. My friends started making their own lotions with various oils like pop tree, frankincense, and lavender. These oils aren’t cheap at all, occasionally forking $15 to $30 for tiny 1.5 oz bottles. In the start I thought that it was because the oils were high-priced to make, however it’s more so because that’s the most they can charge for them while still making a healthy profit. If you’re smart about where you shop, you can often find alternatives with the same quality however at a completely strange price point. I used to love putting eucalyptus oil on my Heating and A/C filters, however my supplier recommended using an essential oil diffuser instead. Since my Heating and A/C filter sits fairly close to my evaporator coil, he said it wasn’t wise risking any of the oils getting on the fragile metal coil and corroding it in the process. On top of that, using an essential oil diffuser yields much more satisfying results with making the home smell charming throughout every single room. If you put your diffuser near your Heating and A/C air return, the fan will pull the oil vapor into the ventilation system, making every room smell amazing.
