I have a workshop in my basement and it can get to be quite hot down there in the summer time months of the year because there are no air vents from the central heating and air conditioning system.

So what I decided to do was to go out and buy a ductless mini split air conditioning system for the workshop. It is called a simple fact of improving my workshop with ductless air conditioning. In the winter time months of the year I have a real good portable space heater that does the job in making things warm. But in the summer time months I have nothing and usually have to not use my workshop to do my wood carving hobby. The last time I had to buy a new thermostat for my central heating and air conditioning system unit I had a few different choices to go with. I had thought about just replacing my old broken down thermostat with the same exact thermostat. Which that was a digital thermostat that was very old school. But instead I decided to buy something totally different, totally new and completely up to date with today’s heat and a/c standards. And that was to go out and buy a smart thermostat for my central heating and air conditioning system unit. I figured that by getting a smart thermostat it could broaden my mind and horizons with getting to know, work with and use something in today’s heating and air conditioning technology. I was so happy for myself that I decided to do this and change out my old digital thermostat which was standard to upgrade to a smart thermostat. So far since I have had this smart thermostat it has been helping me so much in saving money on energy use. Not to mention the smart thermostat that I bought makes using my central heating and air conditioning system unit so much more easier! I can not describe in words how much of a major benefit this smart thermostat has been in my life when it comes to the central heating and air conditioning system! I would recommend the smart thermostat to virtually just about anyone in the whole wide world!

I have had this smart thermostat almost 6 months or so now.

And the other day I noticed a major issue with the smart thermostat. The timer that you program for it go on and off at a certain time was off by about 10 minutes. This was a problem and not normal. I knew at this point I had to do one of 2 things. The first would be to just cut my losses and go out to buy a brand new smart thermostat. The other would be to call the local heating and air conditioning company to send out a certified heat and a/c specialist to repair the timer and programmer of the smart thermostat that goes with my central heating and air conditioning system unit. I decided to call the local heating and air conditioning company first to see how much they would charge to come out and try to repair whatever was going on with my smart thermostat. And after them quoting the price I had just gave up and decided that it would be way cheaper to just go out to the store and buy a brand new smart thermostat and then bring it home and reinstall it myself. This would save me hundreds of dollars compared to what the local heating and air conditioning company wanted to come out and repair my smart thermostat’s programmer. It just was not worth it.

I finally did end up getting the portable space heater I ordered almost a month after the fact by the time all was said and done

Ordering anything over the internet can be a risk for many reasons. You could be getting scammed or even worse, the company you order something from sends the wrong product and you have to go through the major hassle of returning it via mail and it can be just very time consuming. Regardless of this risk I took the plunge and chance and decided to order a portable space heater from this one online outlet store. They had the portable space heaters on sale for a good and very decent price. So this is why I did this in the first place. And lo and behold my worst fears came true. When the portable space heater arrived they ended up sending me some way cheaper and crappy looking portable space heater from the one I actually ordered! I had to go through all the hassle, headaches and time consumption that I was describing above just to return the portable space heater that they sent by sheer error! And also to boot, I had to wait until they got the wrong portable space heater back before they would correct their mistake and send the portable space heater that i actually ordered! I was so pissed off that words can not describe. I finally did end up getting the portable space heater I ordered almost a month after the fact by the time all was said and done. And it works real nice too. But the fact of the matter is that I will never buy anything from this online outlet store again as long as I live!
