I didn’t know my new home was going to be a wreck.

I bought it online, knowing it was in the part I wanted to live, it was cheap, plus it was a fixer-upper. My idea of a fixer-upper, plus the realtor’s idea of a fixer-upper, was on opposite ends of the spectrum. The property had no electricity, or Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C. I asked what type of woman would live in a home with no electricity plus no Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C. She told me that some religious sects don’t believe in modern conveniences. I nodded, knowing what she was saying, however I still couldn’t understand it. Since I had no other option however to get to work, I thanked her plus got out my phone. The first thing I did was go to Angi plus look for an electrician in the area. I found one that could come to the property that afternoon. I now had everything set up to get electricity in the house. I needed someone who could help me choose an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C for my home, so I looked for the local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C corporation. I gave them my name plus address, plus told them I needed a complete Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. They were glad to set me up, however it was going to take a week. I didn’t mind since I didn’t have electricity in the house. I needed a roofer, plus someone who could help me repair the inside. I was lucky to find out the roofing corporation also did siding, because that was a necessity. I was beginning to feel my fixer-upper was going to cost more money than ripping it down, plus having a new property built.

I was about to gag, the air quality was so bad

When my mother was taken to the hospital, I was on a trip. I had to book an emergency flight plus get home to her. I didn’t want her to feel I wasn’t going to get home before her surgery, so I called my sister plus she put Dad on the phone, and she was in tears when I told her I would be home in about three hours. I would be there for her when she went into surgery. I had to go because they were calling to board my plane. When I got into the aircraft, I wasn’t thinking about where I was seated! My mind was on my mom, and five minutes later, I was thinking about the seating. I was sitting next to a woman that was twice my size, plus taking up half my seat. She was tall plus needed extra leg room, however they wouldn’t let him move. I gave to provide him the outer seat, however she said it would be worse when she started tripping the stewards. I then noticed how stale the air felt. I had the personal air vent pointed right at my face, however the air quality was even worse that way. The air vent was pouring out recycled air, plus it was horrid. I was about to gag, the air quality was so bad. The woman next me leaned over plus asked if I was stinking anything off? I told him the air quality was bad, plus there was nothing they could do to repair it until my pal and I landed. I planned on renting a car when I got off the plane, that way I would have excellent air conditioning system plus air quality on my way to the hospital.

We visited my mom after a long time away, but ever since I got married my mom has not seen our three teenagers. She could face-time & speak to the eldest teenagers however she still lined up to hold them like any Grandmother would. Unluckyly, due to the illness that restricted her mobility, my mom couldn’t travel as much as she wanted. Flying was out of the picture for her especially because my relaxing friend and I lived three cities away from her in a different state. My wifey & I planned to surprise my mom this time round by going to her property without giving her notice. The look on her face was priceless as she hugged, kissed, & praised us for giving her appealing grandchildren. We planned to stay with mom for two weeks as she got to enjoy the business of her grandteenagers. On the sixth day of our stay here, my relaxing friend and I noticed unusual sounds coming from the basement. Our two older children were sleeping however my wifey & I took turns to take care of the youngest. Ever since my relaxing friend and I visited mom, she had been fussy & my relaxing friend and I assumed that it was an issue of climate change. She complained of how the boiler downstairs must have been making noise. I called the Heating & Air Conditioning worker to come check out the heating system the next day. It turns out that some of the internal components in the Heating & Air Conditioning equipment were chopping down hence the loud banging. On the directive of the Heating & Air Conditioning professional, my relaxing friend and I decided to buy mom a new heating & cooling unit. After all, her grandteenagers will be visiting more often now & my relaxing friend and I wanted them to be comfortable.

It’s been a long time since I attended a parents meeting at any of my children’s schools, however this time round my youngest child had a play that he bagged me to attend & I was committed to! I arrived earlier than most parents as I wanted to get the front seat.

I could see how gleeful my little one was to see me & he came out thrilled & eager to impress me.

The play was perfect for their age & their costumes make them rest out, one thing that I loved about the hall my relaxing friend and I were in was how perfectly air conditioned it was. I was not sure if there was an a/c installed since it was surprisingly quiet too. I had attended similar meetings before & the situation was different. If the heat was not overwhelming, the hall had a loud A/C that you had to strain to hear the teenagers performing. I remember thinking to myself how well the school was doing! Apparently I was not the only parent who realized this. The lady resting next to me in the hall also noted how much of an improvement the school had made since the last event, and we could not help however wonder what kind of A/C they used to ensure the room was that perfect for all the people. I asked the school secretary if she knew the type of a/c the school had installed. While she was not sure the exact brand, it turns out that the school had invested in a new Heating & Air Conditioning system. The heating & cooling business that services their Heating & Air Conditioning system had upgraded to a solar unit that was not only effective however affordable.
