Flowers ruined outside

Every so often one of my friends honestly goes above and beyond to prove why they are my favorite people on earth.

They regularly have my back, however there are chances when someone honestly goes the extra mile to show their love.

This was the case two weeks ago when I was having a certainly taxing time with my bestie, i had been calling my friends repeatedly with my complaints and frustrations, and I assumed they were getting pretty tired of hearing from me. I went off to toil early one afternoon just to get out of the house, and was surprised to get numerous messages from my pals as the afternoon progressed; When I got home, I found out why. I got there to see a massive box sitting on the stoop, roasting in the sun. The package felt burning moderate when I picked it up, and I almost dropped the box in shock when I touched the 100 degree rectangle. When I got inside, I opened it to reveal a dozen completely limp and toasted flowers, and apparently my dear friends had sent me a bouquet to lift my spirits, however the flowers were delivered after I left for work… Because no one was household to move them inside, to the cool indoor air conditioned environment my nice friend and I keep all Summer long, the flowers had simply sat in the desert heat all afternoon. I hoped that getting some A/C late was better than nothing, however even in our new A/C the flowers never perked up again, and still, I enjoyed my friends’ beautiful gesture and failed to mention the heating disaster.

Animal shelter needed new Heating and Air Conditioning

I’m a sucker for critter causes.

I legitimately can’t stand the thought of any sweet little critter suffering or living in deplorable conditions.

That’s why I am a sizable recommend for local critter shelters. I like to volunteer my time and resources as best I can in order to help further the mission of these necessary institutions. Recently, I found out that a local no-kill shelter was experiencing horrific conditions due to their failing a/c. See, living in the south it is actually imperative to have adequate cooling systems in site or else you will not survive. The shelter had an air conditioner that was intended to service the entire facility, but the aged cooling unit had seen better afternoons. Apparently it was working on and off without any rhyme or reason, and the temperature swings were making all the people sick. The shelter had already called out their local Heating and Air Conditioning business over a dozen times. The ventilation business was performing their repairs for free in an effort to help the little shelter, but their aged AC unit wasn’t going to stay afloat much longer. That’s when I decided to step in and try to rally the neighborhood to help. My pal and I held fundraisers and bake sales, a cat parade, and numerous donation events. Through all these efforts my associate and I raised over 5 thousand dollars for replacing the aged AC unit and fully servicing the rest of the ventilation system. With the help of another Heating and Air Conditioning dealership my associate and I were able to fully revamp the shelter’s cooling system, providing comfort for numerous more generations of pets.

Old HVAC Equipment

I’m the type of person that doesn’t like old things. I don’t like to keep anything that is over two years old. For example I don’t like to keep clothes that are outdated. If they are I’ll give them to Goodwill or friends that like to go thrift shopping. I have to buy everything new I can’t go to thrift store place it grosses me out. I even update my appliances every three years. This is the year that I will replace my oven and washing machine and dryer. Not to mention I also have to update my HVAC equipment. It’s been about fourteen years since the system has been installed. According to my HVAC provider he tells me to treat my HVAC system like a car. When he came to look at it he said it was time to retire it and replace it. I agreed with him considering the fact there was a lot of repairs that needed to be done. He said it was a good decision because if an HVAC system is between twelve and fifteen years it’s most likely wasting energy. I didn’t want to waste any more energy or money. The technician showed me the dirt that was in the heat exchanger. There wasn’t a lot but he said if the dirt kept building up, there could have been a system breakdown. This is because dirt is the number one factor of system inefficiency. I was ready for the technician to replace my system with an updated one so it would match with all of my other updated appliances.

Different Types of Heat Pumps

I’m in the process of building a house.

Building a house is long and stressful.

In the beginning it was fun designing the plans of my house. It was also fun having a good amount of money and being able to spend it on new appliances and furniture. Now I have to watch what I buy for my house since my budget is running a little low. One of the necessities that I wanted to install in my home was a heat pump. There have been good reviews about them and a lot of my relatives have them in their house. I went to an HVAC business and asked them if it would be beneficial in my house. They agreed and asked a few of the dimensions in my house. The technicians told me that there are two types of heat pumps. The first heat pump is called an air source heat pump. This type is one of the more popular heat pumps that are installed and it’s easy to spot. This system can be linked to a heating and cooling system or into a ductless mini split system. The other one that he mentioned was a ground source or “geo thermal” heat pump. This is one of the most energy efficient HVAC systems that are available. It uses the consistent temperature of the earth, ensuring very efficient year round performance regardless of the temperature outside. After I hear this type of heat pump I was very interested. I wanted the geo thermal heat pump installed in my home. I set up an appointment with them and I hope to have it installed in the next week.
