This year I will be smarter with our tax refund, i say this every year, and every year I make the same mistake; When I get a immense check in our hand, I cannot resist however to go to the liquor store and fill up our entire bar, then I go to the cannabis dispensary and stock up on our yellows, and after that usually the immense check is about gone.

This year will be different, because the last few weeks have been so angry.
